With several new builds successfully completed, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience.  We have worked closely with relevant professionals throughout to provide all certification required to secure Building Control Completion Certificates and New Homes Warranty cover.

These new builds include individual domestic properties, and a cul-de-sac of 4 semi detached houses and associated groundworks.

The Cul-de-sac subsequently became an off the shelf purchase for APEX Housing Association, and as such met their rigorous standards and requirements.
